I tried to book a cab around 2pm yesterday with no success the app could not find my ride but I have been charged £4 why is this and will you refund this please.

The price is now £3.20 per hour - a 7 per cent rise. Drivers in the city said that the salary increase is nothing less than phenomenal. For example, Gavin Watson, a 32-year-old author, driver for Uber and travel agent said that the rising cost of living in the city has driven up the price of gas.
