I notice you still publish people’s address when they’ve requested a fare estimate. Isn’t this a breach of privacy. I noticed someone asked for an estimate from an address in Bundaberg going to Bundaberg airport. Is this persons house now vulnerable to burglary?
I made a complaint about this and a number of other issues such as being charged for a mistake by the driver. About you holding my banking details where with the taxi I can use my card per ride.
