Is it possible to get from Stanwood to Camano Island as close as WIndermere Real Estate on East Camano Drive, on New Year's Eve?

I am planning a trip to work at Providence in Everett from Camano Island, on a day Island Transit is unlikely to be available. I need to know if I can schedule for the last leg of that trip.

Buses for CT and Skagit do run, probably, but the reliability of that service appears sketchy and I don't want to get stuck walking more than a couple of miles in the cold. I don't have that quality of hiking gear yet.

If there is an available driver that serves this area and has a vehicle to tolerate our hills, I'm interested in considering a pre-scheduled trip: with the caveat that I cannot control how fast the bus gets to town. Happy to wait somewhere indoors, such as QFC: I can walk from the bus stop nearest there. I believe I'd either be arriving on the Community Transit 240 or 202: familiarizing myself with the routes that are available that day.
