It’s a great JOCK in a cold evening by UBER service at Tatanagar.
On 29.12.2019 at 9.34 pm I had booked a trip from Tatanagar Railway Station, Jamshedpur, India to Alakananda Complex, Sonary, Jamshedpur, India. I have received a trip confirmation from UBER that Car No. JH05BU7293, Maruti Suzuki Alto, allotted me with Driver Mr. Tel Pratap. On contact with driver through the mobile no. provided, driver assured me he will reach at pickup point within 20-25 min. after completing his current ride. After 15-20 min. I suddenly found the car had disappeared from the map & trip completion message with a charges of Rs 88.84 is displayed. The receipt is also mailed to me. It also a funny that the trip route showed from community hall Vijaya Garden to L-4/1 Cross road No. 4, Sidhgora which is totally different from my requirement indicated in booking detail.
It is a great pleasure enjoyed which was offered by UBER like Business House.
At the end I had managed to reach my destination with an alternate CAB Manager not like UBER.
