I can understand why Uber company in South Africa continues to charge me incorrect charges on my bank account. They don't even make available the contact phone number and contact email.
On 26/11/2018 I have been charged R 25 for cancellation of the trip on 23/11/2018 made by the Driver Thulani at 12:29. He was driving Toyota corolla.
Again on 10/12/2018 they charged me R 34 for a trip cancelled by the driver Jabulani himself on 09/12/2018 at 15:27. He was driving the Toyota Corolla.
Today, 11/12/2018 I have been charged R 23.90 for the purpose of seeking help on 08/12/2018, the thing I did not do that on that day. I don't know where this help comes from.
I need to get the feedback as soon as possible because I am assuming my bank account is hacked.

However, the fares vary according to where the service is available. In the city centre, a car is available at the current rate for the first 30 minutes after you open the app. The rate will then increase to R7 000 per 30 minutes after that and to R10 000 per hour after that, with the first ride beginning at R1 600 (Rs.4,300).

There is a one-minute waiting period between the time you start to hail a car and the time the car arrives.
