When I try to get a estimated fare from Kempton Park to Villiers the fare estimator keeps on asking me to enter a starting point.

A customer contacted uber on saturday to collect a parcel from me he then refuse to pay the driver so the driver threatens me to pawn the parcel te get his petrol money so far i allready paid him R590.00 he demands money and wait since yesterday morning 10 o'clock for my parcel to be delvered i made 25 calls he has many story's or just not answer my phone calls i have everything on record i don't think this is a very nice way to operate a business it's now 21:00 and the driver is still not here and refuses to answer his phone what steps do i have to take now.
Nissan Alemera HX37YFGP please get back to me soonest this is urgent. I also tried to phone him this morning conveniently he doesn't answer my calls
