Please can you help with this question.
Would it be allowed if an second hand london taxi was purchased of under 15 years then used for UBER in east sussex.
Reason of purchasing a second hand taxi is dual purpose as ideal for personel vehicle.
No previous taxi experience

Have found there is a gap in the market in this area for a quick solution cab service
