A great service. The Uber app is easy to use. It is a great way to get around and is very safe. This is the only service that allows you to pay a taxi in the street at your destination.

Taxi prices in Ottawa have skyrocketed in the past three years, as frustrated residents try to find ways to get a cab and save money. But the ride-hailing app is particularly hard to access in Ottawa. If you do happen to use it, be prepared to find it busy on evenings and weekends. I tried to cancel a ride this morning that was scheduled for the 29th. at 5:00 AM. This is my first time with Uber. Not knowing how to cancel and you charged me $ 42.26. I said yes to the $5:00 charge. Please Advise.
