A great service. The Uber app is easy to use. It is a great way to get around and is very safe. This is the only service that allows you to pay a taxi in the street at your destination.

Taxi prices in Ottawa have skyrocketed in the past three years, as frustrated residents try to find ways to get a cab and save money. But the ride-hailing app is particularly hard to access in Ottawa. If you do happen to use it, be prepared to find it busy on evenings and weekends. In fact, while there are many services that allow you to hail taxis without an app, the app is often the first place your demand for a taxi starts.

I tried to cancel a ride this morning that was scheduled for the 29th. at 5:00 AM. This is my first time with Uber. Not knowing how to cancel and you charged me $ 42.26. I said yes to the $5:00 charge. Please Advise.
