I was connected to something that charged me $24.++ initially. I was not referred to the right area. It sounds like this is for seniors and others with disabilities. I was told there would be a call back after the booking if there was a problem. There was no call until just before the time of pick up saying they were looking for a driver. A driver was found and parked half way up the block for a couple of minutes and then went past the house to the next block. I walked into the street and he finally came for me. He was a pleasant individual. The ride finally was good but the fare of an unknown amount was deducted from the card I had to use to pay for the other "stuff" I guess. I was very disappointed by this whole process. I am still trying to find the correct number to call to just get a ride when I need one. I had given myself enough time to walk and I may have better of walking. It would have been harder on my back but would have saved a lot of uncertainty. Is there a number to call to just set up a confirmed ride and not waist time with computer problems?
