My elderly mother has just lost her driver’s license due to being legally blind, and I’d like to set up a driver service for her. Would I be able to do that with Uber? I can get her activities, locations and addresses together, and then I’d need to get an estimate for how much this would be weekly. Do you allow an account to be set up where one person in one city can deposit cash, and another person in another city can get service?

But there's a problem: Many existing cab companies that are doing business in San Antonio aren't paying their bills and risk losing their licenses. Taxi prices in San Antonio run from $6 to $20 per mile, and each trip takes approximately two and a half hours. Any money you save can be used to drive to a cab at a reduced price, or, as the Capital Area Transportation Authority has done for several years, pay a taxi while you're inside San Antonio.

Nit 12.4 miles.
Also taxi rates have never been $6 to $20 per mile....
That is a lawsuit.
