I am making an official complaint about one of your Taxi drivers. The driver detailed below, picked up my wife from my home address yesterday morning 1st December 2021, for a journey into my local town center.
My wife texted me during the journey to say she was frightened of the driver because he was asking her questions about what she was doing and where she was going.
This drivers behavior was clearly inappropriate and intrusive. Taxi drivers providing your service are there to be courteous and respectful and not behave in an overfamiliar way with service users.
The taxi drivers details are -

Can you please provide me with this drivers full name so I can alert the Police about his behavior.
