Taxi prices in St. Catharines and Ottawa are increasing this year. GO Transit is increasing the cost of an annual pass by $6 to $10.25, while the provincial government is setting a fixed price on all of its buses at $16. The rate will go up for all drivers. The Saskatoon Transit Authority said that driver rates will increase by $1.10 an hour, to $20.55 an hour. Payroll will also go up by $1.50.
