A Lyft ride has gone from $3 to $3.50 in the past year. At the same time, Uber drivers are getting a sweet, five-hour-a-day bonus when they book into a city hub. The companies believe that means their drivers are going back to work to fuel demand. Uber drivers in St. Paul have also been allowed to bring back their own car at the end of their shift.
