Taxi prices in Wellington should be set by apportionment. I have a relatively low rent and I never actually spend my money in a taxi, so I don't mind spending more in a taxi. However, if I am spending money in a taxi and someone pulls me over for no reason then I can pay a taxi fare and therefore I'll always be upset and I feel like the taxi drivers are taking advantage of me and I don't want that.
